An Upscale Steakhouse Experience Off the Strip

William B's Steakhouse at The Orleans Hotel & Casino offers a sophisticated dining experience that stands out among Las Vegas steakhouses. While located off the Strip, this establishment delivers premium quality cuts, exceptional service, and an atmosphere that rivals its more famous competitors.

Atmosphere & Ambiance

The restaurant features classic steakhouse decor with dark wood paneling, leather banquettes, and soft lighting that creates an intimate, upscale environment. The space is divided into multiple dining areas, including a main dining room with views of the open kitchen and a more secluded section for private gatherings. The noise level remains pleasantly low, allowing for comfortable conversation.

Culinary Excellence

The menu focuses on premium USDA Prime steaks, dry-aged in-house for 28 days. Standout dishes include the 16-ounce ribeye with perfect marbling and the 8-ounce filet mignon that practically melts in your mouth. The tableside Caesar salad preparation is a theatrical highlight, while sides like the truffle mac and cheese and creamed spinach are generously portioned for sharing. The seafood tower, while pricey, features exceptionally fresh oysters, shrimp, and lobster.

Service & Staff

Service is professional and attentive without being intrusive. Servers demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and wine list, offering excellent pairing suggestions. The sommelier provides thoughtful recommendations from their extensive wine collection, which includes over 400 labels.

Value Consideration

While certainly a premium dining experience, William B's offers better value than many Strip steakhouses with comparable quality. Entrées range from $45-$85, with sides additional. The restaurant frequently offers special packages that include appetizer, entrée, and dessert at a fixed price.

Practical Information

Open nightly from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (until 11:00 PM on weekends). Valet parking is available through the casino, and the restaurant validates parking. Reservations are strongly recommended, particularly on weekends. Business casual attire is required.
